The Office of Academic Registrar at the Protestant University of Rwanda (PUR) is pleased to inform the general public and PUR Community that its 14th Graduation Ceremony is scheduled on Tuesday, 29th September, 2026, at the PUR main Campus in Huye District.
The official list of approved graduates has been published and is accessible on the University website: www.pur.ac.rw. Each graduate is allowed to invite two guests to the ceremony.
The graduation fee is set at RWF 60,000 for Undergraduate, RWF 70,000 for Post Graduates Diploma and RWF 80,000 for Masters. The payments must be made through Urubuto Pay, of which 5,000 Rwandan Francs is refundable after returning the graduation gown in good condition within three (3) days following the graduation ceremony date. A penalty of RWF 50,000 will be charged for the late return of the graduation gown and its accessories.
Below are the important deadlines for graduation roadmap and please note that the clearance will be done through our MIS and uploading your Bank slip used for non-using the Urubuto payment method:
Graduation fee Payment: 06-21 September 2026 (applicable to both Huye and Karongi campuses).
Gown and Invitation Collection: 22-27 September 2026 at both Huye and Karongi campuses.
