Responsible for overseeing admissions,
student records, registration, certification, institutional marketing,
and program advertisement. Managed academic scheduling, strategic enrollment
planning, and all aspects of data management—including analysis, distribution,
storage, and retrieval. Contributed to the development and implementation of
academic policies, graduation preparation, examinations, and the academic
calendar. Handled the issuance of official transcripts, student certifications,
and maintained all relevant academic records. Provided comprehensive reports to
the Higher Education Council and the Ministry of Education, managed institutional
archives, and conducted graduate tracer studies.
Successfully managed and
coordinated more than five graduation ceremonies, overseeing all aspects of
planning and execution. This included event promotion, logistical arrangements,
